Focus Groups

Focus groups or mock trials are often great opportunities for counsel to hone a case’s key elements in advance of trial. Rudolph Trial Consulting has directed a number of such groups.

Using a focus group format, many issues can be tested, including:

• A cases’ overall theme,
• The credibility of witnesses,
• How evidence and arguments will stand up in court,
• What are clues to how people are being influenced by the case,
• What subjects need to be avoided at all costs.

Alexandra Rudolph understands the value of focus groups. The added perspective they provide enable her clients to make modifications to their cases and preemptively address potential juror concerns that might not have been considered prior to the focus group.
